Metodo para Bajar Videos de Google, Youtube y Similares
Los videos que estan en video.google.com y en youtube.com son archivos de video con la extension .flv (flash), entonces lo que queremos es descargar el video .flv para tenerlo en nuestro disco duro.
Una vez que estamos en la pagina que nos muestra el video, tenemos que copiar (boton derecho del raton y "copiar") lo que aparezca en la barra de direcciones de nuestro navegador (por ejemplo:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ksGm_xWsHfQ)

Despues entramos en esta pagina http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube.php y pegamos la direccion que antes habiamos copiado en la cajita correspondiente ya sea un video de google ,de youtube o demas y havemos click en download.

Ahi se abrira otra seccion en la pagina y haremos click en "download link".

Elegimos donde queremos guardar el archivo de video, pero antes de hacer click en guardar debemos cambiar el nombre (poniendole la extension ".flv" y en el tipo del archivo "todos los archivos *.*" )



Ahora si queremos pasar el archivo de video flv a mpg o avi hay varios programas, por ejemplo el cinemaforge que lo puedes bajar (http://www.download.com/CinemaForge/3000-2169_4-10410160.html) y para entender un poquito como va el programa (aunque no tiene la mas minima dificultad) mira http://javimoya.com/blog/especial/video.htm que lo explica muy bien.
De todas maneras los archivos .flv los lee el VLC Media Player (Videolan media player) (solo te permite leer no rebobinar).

Bajando Varios Programas al mismo tiempo
El Internet Explorer no puede bajar más de dos archivos al mismo tiempo. Para llevar este número a diez, abra el Registro con Inicio > Ejecutar > regedit y buscar la clave: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet y desde el menú Edición elija Nuevo > Valor DWORD y agregar los siguientes valores:
MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server
MaxConnectionsPerServer
ambos con Información del valor: 10 y Base: Decimal (estos últimos dos datos se cambian cliqueando con el botón derecho del mouse sobre cada valor creado). Hay más datos en support.microsoft.com/?kbid=282402 .
Además, puede usar un gestor de descargas como Star Downloader ( http://www.stardownloader.com , gratis) para administrar la transferencia de archivos o hacerlo durante la noche.
